Krupanidhi group of institutions was founded in 1985 under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Suresh Nagpal with an aim to holistically nurture the students by providing them with top quality education. The residential campus with a multiethnic and culturally diverse setting host 6500 students from more than 30 countries and various parts of India. We, at Krupanidhi have a vision, “We don't just polish stones, we carve them”. The September 2018 edition of Forbes India magazine featured the Institution in their issue of Great Indian Institutes and the Hindu group awarded it as one of the finest educational institutions in Karnataka. Today, Krupanidhi has a pharmacy college with NAAC 'A' accredited, a Physiotherapy College, a Nursing College, a business school, a degree college, a pre—university college, a residential PU college & an International School under its wings.
Krupanidhi College of Nursing (KCON), an ISO 9001-2015 certified institution was established in the year 1992 under Krupanidhi Educational Trust with an aim to be a prime contributor towards moulding professionals for the future. The college is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and recognized by Indian Nursing Council, Karnataka Nursing Council and Government of Karnataka. The college is a leading provider for quality nursing courses and offers a vibrant range of nursing program with a long standing reputation for excellence.
To set standards in nursing education and provide quality nursing service, we are organizing an international conference on 'VOYAGE TOWARDS EXCELLENCE AND ADVOCACY'
This conference is designed to create environments that enable excellence in nursing leadership with the development of genuine shared working partnerships and collaborations between nurse managers, leaders and educators. Excellent confluence of many eminent national and international reputed nurse leaders as the keynote speakers is an enrichment of this conference.

Abstracts should be limited to 400 words and to be drafted in a word doc with Times New Roman (Title: 14, Authors Names: 12, Content: 12). It must include Title, Introduction, Methodology, Results and Conclusion along with the Name of the author, designation, mail id and mobile number. The dimensions of the poster should be 36" x 48" and presenting author should be denoted with an asterisk (*). The duration of oral presentation is 10 minutes inclusive of 3 minutes for discussion. Abstract must be sent via email to kcnconference 2018@gmail.com
